Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund - no questions asked - provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. This applies to all orders regardless of geographic location, in line with consumer protection principles consistent with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product is returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • The product is unopened, with the original seal intact, and in its original packaging.
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or delivery receipt).

We are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used products for hygiene and food safety reasons, except where the product is faulty or not as described.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within the 14-day window:

Please include your order reference and reason for return (optional). We will confirm return instructions within one business day. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction where applicable.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Products returned after the 14-day window without prior written agreement.
